2025 was a year of progress for DER BUSINESS Solutions. We further developed our solutions, realised international projects, cultivated strong partnerships and set new standards. We always focussed on three things: quality, customer proximity and team spirit.

Industry events & networking
2025, we were represented at numerous industry highlights:

• IMEX, ITB, GBTA 
• VDR conference and regional formats of the VDR 
• Participation in panel discussions at VDR and HSMA 
• Events organised by DER BUSINESS Travel

Our teams were able to maintain valuable dialogue, make new contacts and initiate innovations.

A joint start to the shopping season
Our BUSINESS Solutions 2025 kick-off was one of the highlights - a powerful networking and inspirational event for the entire industry with 145 participants. 

2. ratefinding & DERHOTEL 

2025 was a year of great strides:

• Launch of the new Ratefinding version in spring 
• Further development of the DERHOTEL Payment Solution 

• Expansion of the team due to the implementation of new key accounts 

• Organisation of the 1st Supplier Week with hoteliers to optimally prepare for the new purchasing season 

These developments strengthen the performance of our systems and noticeably improve the processes of our customers and partners. 

3. meeting & TRADEFAIR services

 The Meeting & TRADEFAIRS team made a significant contribution to our success in 2025: 

• Development of a payment solution for Meetago / conference hotel 
• Numerous hotel inspections, both virtual and on-site 
• Intensive dialogue with hotel chains and partners worldwide 

This shows how important partnership-based cooperation and personal encounters remain for a successful conference and trade fair world. 

4. event services

 With more than 60 projects worldwide, 2025 was a record year for our Event Services team. The spectrum ranged from: 

• international congresses 
• Meetings 
• Incentive trips 
• up to a product launch 

 
A special highlight: 
✨ The launch event for a new pharmaceutical product, which was presented for the first time after years of research, in Athens - an event that particularly moved our team both emotionally and professionally. We were also active on four continents - even in Australia for the first time. An impressive expansion of our global presence. 

Outlook for 2026 

 We are entering the new year with a lot of energy: 

• Further digitalisation of our solutions 

• Expansion of international partnerships 

• Optimisation of payment and booking technologies 

• Consistent further development of our meeting, hotel and event services 

2025 has shown us what is possible - we will go further in 2026.
