DER BUSINESS Travel gains reinforcement for its own sales organisation

DER BUSINESS Travel (DER BT) is pleased to welcome Barbie Reim as Implementation Manager for new customers in its own sales organisation. She took up her new position on 1 April and brings with her extensive experience in customer management and implementation. She previously worked as Key Account Manager at Lufthansa City Centre.

In her new role, Barbie Reim is responsible for the professional and efficient integration of new customers into DER Business Travel's business solutions. This includes the detailed planning, coordination and realisation of all implementation steps as well as close cooperation with customers in order to optimally fulfil their individual requirements. A particular focus is on the seamless transition from the sales phase to successful implementation, which is achieved through close coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
