Air China: Chauffeurs are available for Business and First Class passengers in various Chinese cities. The Air China chauffeur service is available in the following Chinese metropolises: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Tianjin and Xi'an.
Emirates: The chauffeur service is available to passengers on Emirates operated flights with confirmed reservations in First Class and in Business Class with a Saver, Flex or Flex Plus fare. The Emirates Chauffeur Service is available in selected cities in Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North and South America and the Middle East. In Hong Kong, the service is only available for Emirates First Class passengers. The chauffeur service is only available if the ticket has been issued for the booking. Please arrange your pick-up for the chauffeur service at least 12 hours before your flight. In Germany, the service is free of charge for Business Class passengers, regardless of booking class, up to 40 kilometres around the airport, and even 80 kilometres around the airport for First Class passengers. Additional kilometres can be booked for a fee.
Etihad Airways: Take advantage of the free chauffeur service and experience comfort and convenience from your doorstep to the airport in Abu Dhabi. You can book this chauffeur service up to 12 hours before your flight. This exclusive service is only available to First and Business Class guests. First, Business Choice Plus and Business Choice are eligible for this service in the UAE. Please note that the Chauffeur service carried out exclusively on flights from Etihad Airways is available.
Lufthansa: First Class guests in Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Geneva and Vienna are chauffeured directly to the aircraft in a limousine or an exclusive minivan.
Swiss: As a SWISS First guest, you will be welcomed directly at the aircraft door on arrival of your long-haul flight in Zurich and taken to the separate security and passport control area in a modern vehicle. From there, there is direct access to SWISS First Lounge A, or if your journey ends in Zurich, we will drive you on to baggage reclaim.
