Our complaints procedure for the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) guarantees a trustworthy and transparent approach to dealing with complaints about violations of human rights or environmental obligations. Suspected cases of e.g. forced labour, child labour, discrimination or the harmful contamination of soil, water and air as well as harmful noise emissions and excessive water consumption that are related to the DERTOUR Group can be reported. Complaints can be submitted digitally by employees and external parties via the DERTOUR Group complaints channel as part of the REWE Group - also on request. anonymous<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n

Customer complaints, for example about the quality of DERTOUR Group products and services, are not considered complaints about human rights or environmental risks or breaches of duty. For this, please contact the customer service departments and hotlines.<\/p>\n

We expressly encourage employees and external parties to inform us of any suspected human rights or environmental risks or breaches of duty.
