Consultancy champion and TOP 3 service providers in Germany: top positions for DERPART and DER BUSINESS Travel

DERPART is the consulting champion: This is the result of a broad-based study* in which customers in Germany rated the performance of companies. DERPART achieved first place in the "Travel Agencies" category and received the "Highest Quality of Advice" award. DER BUSINESS Travel (DER BT), the business travel brand of DERPART and DERTOUR Reisebüro, also secured a top position in the ranking for "Best SME service provider "**. The business professionals landed in the TOP 3.

Award for "Highest quality of advice"

A total of 941 companies in 56 categories were analysed in the study for the consulting champion, which focused on competent support for purchasing decisions. Participants answered the question online as to whether they had experienced very good advice from companies and brands with which they had been customers over the past three years. The analysis showed that DERPART came out on top in the "Travel agency" category and received the "Highest quality of advice" rating. This opinion was shared by around 70 per cent of participants.

TOP 3 "Best SME service provider"

18,143 managers, purchasers and users with 41,068 customer judgements form the basis of the online survey "Best SME service provider". A total of 593 service providers from 48 sectors were assessed; the aim was to determine both customer satisfaction and an approval index. The latter was made up of factors such as value for money, product and service quality and employee competence. DER BT came in 3rd place.
