Business travel professionals discussed trends in the business travel market and the latest developments at the first DER Business Travel Conference in Frankfurt.
From 11 to 13 May, around 70 business travel specialists from DERPART franchise offices, DERPART's own offices and DERTOUR travel agencies came together for the first time.
A colourful mix of presentations and discussion panels awaited them for three days. The programme included topics such as digitalisation, shortage of skilled workers, full content flight / NDC, sustainability as well as marketing and sales management.
"I am delighted that we are now taking off in the new constellation under the DER BUSINESS Travel brand and combining the expertise and strengths of all three groups. We are ideally equipped for the future," explains DERPART Managing Director Thomas Osswald.
Katja Vortmann, Head of Business Travel at DERPART and Vice President of DER BUSINESS Travel, adds: "We can look back on a successful first DER BUSINESS Travel conference. The participants welcomed the reorganisation and were able to take away a lot of impulses and input. This confirms that we are on the right track."
